What safety and security measures are in place at Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix?
At Wet 'n' Wild safety is our number one priority. All water attractions are guarded by trained personnel in accordance with our accrediting internationally recognized lifeguard consultant, Ellis and Associates. In addition, Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix employs certified Emergency Medical Technicians and security personnel will all be on-site during your visit. During Exclusive School Days, the Park secures the front gate and restricts entrance/exiting to students unless authorized by a chaperone.
Will all attractions be operating during our visit?
During all School Days a majority of the Park's attractions will be in operation. However the Cactus Cooler (lazy river) and Boogie Board Beach (sprayground) will not be in operation. In addition selected rides may operate on a revolving basis or be closed during your visit if they are not appropriate for the age groups visiting the Park during your visit or if there are unforeseen staffing or maintenance complications.
What is the appropriate attire for our visit?
Students, chaperones, and bus drivers should dress appropriately for a water park experience. Students should remember to bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, flip flops and towel. Swimsuits must be made out of swim suit material, no denim shorts, no metal such as zippers or studs of any kind, and no sharp edges. Additional information regarding attire.
Will students be allowed to exit and re-enter the Park?
During Exclusive School Days, the Park secures the front gate and restricts entrance/exiting to sudents unless authorized by a chaperone. Any early pick up by family members must be coordinated through chaperone staff. During our Mix-In dates the main gates will be operating to allow for regular park admission and exiting.
Are outside food and beverages allowed?
During School Days we encourage guests to participate in the Lunch Service. No outside food or beverages are allowed into the Park, with the exception of factory sealed bottled water. No coolers of any type are allowed into the Park. Guests will go through a bag check at our security check point where all bags will be subject to search. Groups wanting to bring their own lunch for students must make arrangements for their lunches to be stored in a vehicle or bus. Meals brought to the Park will need to be consumed outside the main gates. Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix also offers a variety of other food and beverage locations throught the Park that guests may purchase meals individually.
What if a student has special needs?
Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix is an accessible facilty and meets all ADA regulations. Reasonable accommodations will be made for guests that have food allergies. Medical supplies required by guests during their visit can be stored and facilitated within our First Aid Office.
