We offer a range of services for our guests including shower and changing facilities, lockers, cabana rentals, family restrooms, lost and found, tube rentals and more.

Shower & Changing Facilities

The Park offers both male and female shower, restroom and changing facilities to the right of the entrances gates. For your convenience two family restrooms are located adjacent to the main facility.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located adjacent to the Park’s main shower, restroom and changing facilities.  The Lost & Found Department can be reached during regular business hours at 623-201-2000 ext 9511

Tube Rentals

While tubes are provided for guest use at each attraction, guest can opt to rent an all-day tube to avoid waiting in lines for tubes and proceed directly to the ride entrance.  Two types are available for rent Single Rider and Double Rider.  Tubes can be rented just inside the Park gates adjacent to the Shower & Changing Facility.

Tube Prices:

Single Rider Tubes:         $6.00 (tax included),  Gold Season Pass holder price is $5.00 (tax included)

Double Rider Tubes:        $12.00 (tax included), Gold Season Pass holder price is $10.00 (tax included)

Cabana Rentals

The ultimate resort experience! Wet'n'Wild Phoenix offers to types of private shaded cabanas for visitors to choose from to enhance their experience at the park.  All cabanas conveniently located next to the parks Monsoon Bay wave pool.   Eight regular cabanas are located in the East Cabana Village and ten VIP cabanas are located on the West VIP Cabana Village.  

All-Day Rentals can be purchased at the Front Gate Ticket Booths or can be pre-purchased in advance by calling 623-201-2000. Specific Cabana placements may be requested. 

All Cabana rentals include:

Two lounge chairs
A table with two additional chairs
Ceiling Fan
Two rental convenience tubes 
 

VIP Cabana rentals include:

Cable Television 
Four Bottles of water 
Sunscreen 
VIP Host with food service 

Cabana Prices:

Weekdays:                       $50.00 plus tax   ($40.00 plus tax for Gold Season Pass Holders)

Weekends & Holidays:     $75.00 plus tax  ($60.00 plus tax for Gold Season Pass Holders)

VIP Cabana Prices:

Weekdays:                       $125.00 plus tax   ($100.00 plus tax for Gold Season Pass Holders)

Weekends & Holidays:     $150.00 plus tax  ($125.00 plus tax for Gold Season Pass Holders)

Locker Rentals

A limited number of single-day lockers are available for rent and are located to the left of the front gate entrance plaza.  Lockers are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and can not be reserved in advance.  Guest may select from the following sizes:  Small  10x13", Medium 10x17" and Large 13x23".  A keyless access wristband will provide guests unlimited entries into their lockers throughout the day.
