I am not being given the Wet'n'Wild member dicounted price?

How do I collect my tickets after purchasing online?
When purchasing tickets online you will be emailed a confirmation with a link to a PDF which contains your barcoded Print-At-Home ticket. The system issues one ticket per person. You must have access to a printer in order to print your tickets to present at the theme park or attraction. Entry will not be permitted without presentation of these tickets.

No, you must print the PDF of your tickets and present at the theme park or attraction for entry. If you arrive at the theme park or attraction without the PDF of your tickets you will be asked to pay for entry again at the door rate and you will not be eligible for any internet only discounts or specials).

Where do I need to go with my Print-At-Home ticket purchased from the web site?
Guests with a One Day Admission tickets can take these directly to a turnstile or access control point for entry.
The Season Pass ticket allows one entry only and then you must go to Guest Services to have your Season Pass processed.
