Dive 'n' Movie Schedule

Turn a day out at Wet 'n' Wild to a night out at the movies!  Catch great movies while floating under the stars at Wet 'n' Wild's wave pool - Monsoon Bay or simply lounge around on a deck chair.  Dive 'n' Movies provides a unique outdoor movie viewing experience that is fun for the entire family. The movie typically begins shortly after sundown each Friday night June 7th thru August 9th.  Dive 'n' Movies are free with park admission. 

June 7th:     HERE COMES THE BOOM

In this comedy former collegiate wrestler, Scott Voss is now a 42-year-old, apathetic biology teacher in a failing high school. When cutbacks threaten the school's music program and its teacher, Scott springs into action. He dusts off his long-unused wrestling skills and earns money for the program by moonlighting as a mixed martial arts fighter. Though the school nurse thinks he's crazy, Scott gains something he never expected, and the school rallies behind him. Rated PG

June 14th:     THE ODD LIFE OF TIMOTHY GREEN

This inspiring, magical story about a happily married couple, Cindy and Jim Green, who can’t wait to start a family but can only dream about what their child would be like. When young Timothy shows up on their doorstep one stormy night, Cindy and Jim—and their small town of Stanleyville—learn that sometimes the unexpected can bring some of life’s greatest gifts. Rated PG

June 21st:     HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 

Welcome to the Hotel Transylvania, Dracula's lavish five-stake resort, where monsters and their families can live it up, free from meddling from the human world. Over-protective of his teenage daughter, Mavis, Dracula fabricates tales of elaborate dangers to dissuade her adventurous spirit. As a haven for Mavis, he opens the Hotel Transylvania, where his daughter and some of the world's most famous monsters Frankenstein and his bride, the Mumm, a family of werewolves, and more can kick back in safety and peace. For Drac, catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem but his world could come crashing down when one ordinary guy stumbles on the hotel and takes a shine to Mavis. Rated PG

June 28th:     THE TWILIGHT SAGA BREAKING DAWN PART 2

After the birth of Renesmee, the Cullens gather other vampire clans in order to protect the child from a false allegation that puts the family in front of the Volturi.  Rated PG-13

July 5th:     ESCAPE FROM PLANET EARTH 

This animated family comedy catapults movie goers to planet Baab where admired astronaut Scorch Supernova is a national hero to the blue alien population. A master of daring rescues, Scorch pulls off astonishing feats with the quiet aid of his nerdy, by-the-rules brother, Gary, head of mission control at BASA. When BASA's no-nonsense chief Lena informs the brothers of an SOS from a notoriously dangerous planet, Scorch rejects Gary's warnings and bounds off for yet another exciting mission. But when Scorch finds himself caught in a fiendish trap set by the evil Shanker, it's up to scrawny, risk-adverse Gary to do the real rescuing. As the interplanetary stakes rise to new heights, Gary is left to save his brother, his planet, his beloved wife Kira and their adventure hungry son Kip. Rated PG

July 12th:     PARANORMAN

When a small town comes under siege by zombies, who can it call? Only misunderstood local boy Norman, who is able to speak with the dead. In addition to the zombies, he’ll have to take on ghosts, witches and, worst, of all, grown-ups, to save his town from a centuries-old curse. But this young ghoul whisperer may find his paranormal activities pushed to their otherworldly limits.  Rated PG

July 19th:     CIRQUE DU SOLEIL - WORLDS AWAY

Director Andrew Adamson teams with producer James Cameron to bring the magic of Cirque du Soleil to the big screen in this original story.  Rated PG

July 26th:     WRECK-IT RALPH

Wreck-It Ralph longs to be as beloved as his game's perfect Good Guy, Fix-It Felix. Problem is, nobody loves a Bad Guy. But they do love heroes... so when a modern, first-person shooter game arrives featuring tough-as-nails Sergeant Calhoun, Ralph sees it as his ticket to heroism and happiness. He sneaks into the game with a simple plan -- win a medal -- but soon wrecks everything, and accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens every game in the arcade. Ralph's only hope? Vanellope von Schweetz, a young troublemaking "glitch" from a candy-coated cart racing game who might just be the one to teach Ralph what it means to be a Good Guy. Rated PG

August 2nd:     RISE OF THE GUARDIAN

When an evil spirit known as Pitch lays down the gauntlet to take over the world, the immortal Guardians must join forces for the first time to protect the hopes, beliefs and imagination of children all over the world. Rated PG

August 9th:     MADAGASCAR 3

Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe are still fighting to get home to their beloved Big Apple and of course, King Julien, Maurice and the Penguins are all along for the comedic adventure. Their journey takes them through Europe where they find the perfect cover: a traveling circus, which they reinvent – Madagascar style. Rated PG
